We are seeking ambitious Inside Sales Specialists to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our learning programs, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires high energy, a passion for sales, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction. Prior experience in EdTech, particularly in selling English and Math programs for children aged 4-15, will be highly valued.

Shift Timings: 11:00 am to 08:00 pm
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Proactively generate and qualify leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling.
Build relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
Conduct follow-ups with leads to convert them into satisfied customers.
Program Promotion & Sales Execution:
Promote and sell our educational programs, focusing on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children.
Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to both parents and decision-makers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly targets, ensuring a steady flow of new enrollments in our programs.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve sales performance.
Graduation from a reputed university.
Command over spoken and written English.
